Engine
If there is water in the oil when it is discharged from the engine oil, it contains sediment. The best way to deal with this is to disassemble the engine and repair it. (Note: It is not possible to use the rotating crankshaft to drain the water from the injector seat to remove the water in the cylinder liner to avoid damage to the cylinder liner assembly).
(1) Disassemble and clean all parts of the engine, and then check it. The result is:
- The piston ring opening clearance has exceeded 0.80mm, you need to replace the new piston ring;
- The turbocharger is normal, the oil pump works normally, you only need to clean it after cleaning;
- You can use the pressurized water to clean the water channel and the inlet and exhaust channels, then blow dry with pressurized air;
- Clean the lubricating oil passage of the engine with pressurized air at the same time;
- After the valve and valve seat are cleaned, use the valve sand to grind the valve to eliminate the rust generated during the wear scar and flooding.
(2) Check the diesel tank and find that there is water entering and there is a small amount of sediment:
- First drain the water at the bottom of the fuel tank, discharge the diesel oil in the fuel tank, and then install it for cleaning.
- Rinse the fuel tank with a certain amount of pressure water, then wipe the water and mud in the fuel tank with a cloth, pay attention to the partitions and corners of the fuel tank, and strive to be clean. Finally, flush the fuel tank with diesel oil;
- Remove the low pressure pipe and return pipe from the fuel tank to the oil pump and dry it with pressurized air.
Hydraulic system and transmission components
The hydraulic tank itself is sealed, but due to the long soaking time, muddy water intrusion is also possible:
- Discharge the oil and water in the fuel tank and remove the oil tank to the low pressure pipeline of the hydraulic pump;
- Remove the oil filter, oil return filter assembly and bypass filter assembly, clean with gasoline and dry. The filter element is replaced with a new one (the oil filter is not replaced, the hose is not cleaned with gasoline) Use a cloth to repeatedly wipe the water and dirt in the fuel tank to ensure that it is clean;
- Then use a small amount of gasoline to clean the fuel tank with a cloth wipe clean, park for a period of time until the gasoline is evaporated, and install the accessories;
- Loosen the oil drain screw on the main hydraulic pump. If there is no water in the discharged oil, check the control valve and various components (including the hydraulic oil radiator). If no water is found, the main pump and high pressure oil can be determined. The each working device are normal.
Electrical components and electrical wiring
- Remove the starter and generator from the whole machine, disassemble the surface after cleaning with diesel oil, clean all parts with gasoline, and dry them. If no coils and components are found damaged during inspection, assemble them for use;
- Disassemble the electronic monitoring disk, disassemble it with gasoline, dry it, and assemble it for use;
- Wash and dry the relays, and check each sensor and sensor plug after cleaning;
- Check the electrical circuit and electrical connectors of the whole machine, and handle or replace them with damaged or broken skin;
- Check the battery if there is no sand entering, pour the liquid in the battery, refill the electrolyte and recharge it;
- The repaired electrical components and wires are installed, according to the excavator 2000H maintenance procedures for other parts of the maintenance, add enough oil for the excavator machine, water, test machine start, after running-in can work normally.
